Tuna Salad Wraps
2 tablespoons non-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely diced celery
1 tablespoon finely diced, sweet onion
1 large lettuce leaf, green leaf, bibb or romaine, shredded
1 large slice ripe tomato, sliced very thin
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and onion.
For the wrap:
2. Lay the tortilla out on a work surface and spread the tuna mixture in the center of the tortilla. Place the shredded lettuce on top of the tuna mixture and top with a slice of tomato. Tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder, ending with the seam side down.
(The wrap can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.)
3. Cut the wrap in half on the diagonal and serve.
