Beef Filet Mignon

salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill on high.

2. Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Grill the beef for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and the desired degree of doneness. Serve with Onion Relish or Roasted Tomatoes and Cipollini Onions with Ancho Chilis
