Simply Grilled Lamb Chops

For the lamb chops:
8 loin lamb chops
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
For the lamb chops:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.

2. Sprinkle the lamb chops with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Place the lamb on the grill and cook until cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes per side depending on desired doneness.
