4 center cut, boneless pork loin chops, 4 to 6 oz. each
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
2. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place the pork chops on the grill. Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side .
4. Place the chops on a warmed serving platter and let them rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
