Simply Grilled Sirloin Steaks
This recipe serves: 4  
4 top sirloin steaks, about 4 ounces each
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.

2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the steaks on the hot grill to the desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium.

4. Transfer the steaks to a warmed serving platter and let rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
