Simply Roasted Turkey Breast
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 small whole , fresh turkey breast, about 2 pounds
2. Rub the turkey breast with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Then place the turkey breast in the warm oven.
