Banana-Nut Muesli
This recipe serves: 4  
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 large banana, sliced

Cooking Instructions
1. Place the oats in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Stir in the walnuts and top with the banana slices when ready to serve.
