Steamed New Potatoes
This recipe serves:   
12 small scrubbed, unpeeled new potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Cooking Instructions
1. Place the new potatoes in a steaming basket with 3 inches of water in the pot beneath the basket and cover.

2. Bring to a boil over a high heat and steam for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the new potatoes are fork tender.
