Grilled Asparagus
This recipe serves: 4  
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
1 pound fresh, thick asparagus spears

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill.

2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper together. Brush the asparagus spears with the olive oil mixture.

3. Grill the asparagus spears until they become bright green and tender, about 5-7 minutes total.
