Herbed Yogurt Non-Fat Dressing
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano,chopped
1/4 teaspoon cilantro,chopped
1 teaspoon thyme,chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 scallion,chopped
2. Stir in chopped scallions and refrigerate until use.
