Iced Strawberry Smoothie

1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup fresh or frozen, stemmed strawberries
1/2 cup ice
1 teaspoon honey
Cooking Instructions
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

2. Serve in a tall glass.
