Barbecued Pork Chops

This recipe serves:  6
Ingredients
6 center-cut pork loin chops, cut 1/2" thick (about 4 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
about 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill or broiler.

2. Rub the pork chops with Cajun seasoning and brush with barbecue sauce.

3. Grill or broil for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Baste with extra barbecue sauce as needed.
