Ham Sandwich (with lean deli meat)
This recipe serves: 
2 slices whole wheat bread
3 ounces lean deli ham, 99% fat free
1 tablespoon mayonaise, low-fat
lettuce leaves (or other vegetables of choice such as tomato, onion etc.)

Cooking Instructions
1. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread with a knife.

2. Assemble the sandwich and cut in half.
