Soy Deli Sandwich w/ veggies of choice & 1 TBSP lite mayo
This recipe serves: 1  
2 slices whole wheat bread
3 ounces soy deli meat, 98% fat free (soy turkey, ham or other)
1 tablespoon mayonaise, low-fat
lettuce leaves (or other veggies of chioce such as tomato or onion)

Cooking Instructions
1. On a cutting board or plate, spread the mayonaise on the bread.

2. Assemble the sandwich and cut in half.
