Hot Mocha

Ingredients
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee
dash salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, whisk the sugar, cocoa, coffee, salt, milk and vanilla.

2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the cocoa is dissolved and the mixture is hot.

3. Pour the mixture into a mug or a tall glass filled with ice.
