Zesty Herbed Almonds
2 cups almonds
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped herbs, fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh rosemary and fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Whip the egg into a bowl until frothy. Add the spices and herbs and whip to combine. Add the salt and sugar and toss with the almonds.
2. Place on a cookie sheet and place in the pre-heated oven and bake [20] minutes or until toasty. Store in an airtight container for up to [2] weeks.
