Lower-Sodium Soy-Lime Vinaigrette
This recipe serves   
Ingredients
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
1/3 cup olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons low-sodium vegetable stock or water


Cooking Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well.

2. Add the salt and pepper to taste.
