Copy of Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins
This recipe serves: 12  
1 cup peanut butter
1 whole egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup grape or strawberry jelly
1/3 cup granulated sugar

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. can grease muffin tins or line with paper cups.
2. can help beat peanut butter, egg and sugar together until smooth. In three parts, add milk, mixing between additions to blend. Add flour and baking powder and using a mix just until flour disappears.
3. can help spoon a generous tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. Place 1 teaspoon of jam in the center and then cover with batter until the cup is 3/4 full.
4. Bake about 20 minutes, until a tester poked in the center comes out clean.
