Winter Fruit Salad
This recipe serves:   
2 tangelos,peeled, pitted and sectioned
1/2 pineapple,cored and cut into chunks
1 medium banana,sliced
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh mint

Cooking Instructions
1. Mix the fruit in a bowl.

2. Sprinkle with the orange juice and chopped mint.
