Winter Fruit Salad

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 tangelo,peeled, pitted and sectioned
1/4 pineapple,cored and cut into chunks
1/2 medium banana,sliced
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon chopped, fresh mint
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix the fruit in a bowl.

2. Sprinkle with the orange juice and chopped mint.
