Mustard Pepper Dressing

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 teaspoons mustard seeds, toasted
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 teaspoons hot water
Cooking Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, mustard powder, seeds, salt and pepper.

2. Add the hot water and whisk well to combine.

Serving Size: about 2 tablespoons of dressing
