Tropical Fruit Salsa
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Sauvignon Blanc, or similar white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons minced, fresh ginger root
2/3 ripe, medium pear
2/3 large peach
2/3 ripe mango
1 1/2 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro
2. Peel, seed and dice the pears, peach and mango. Add to the juice mixture. Add the kiwi, pineapple, onion and cilantro.
3. Toss together and refrigerate until ready to use.
