Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of 1 orange
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Whisk the thyme, garlic, orange juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
