4 cups arugula, washed
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the arugula, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the arugula just begins to wilt. Remove from the skillet and serve.
