Guacamole

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tablespoon sliced scallion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Peel and pit the avocado and place in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse on and off until slightly pureed.

2. Transfer the pureed avocado to a bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
