Tomato-Balsamic Relish

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
3/4 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned
1/8 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Cooking Instructions
1. Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

2. Stir in the balsamic vinegar. Set aside at room temperature to let the flavors blend.
