Lemon Rice

This recipe serves:  6
Ingredients
1 1/2 quarts water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, seeded and sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
Cooking Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the sliced lemon wheels and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the rice, reduce heat and simmer until the rice is al dente, about 25 minutes.
