Fiesta Salsa

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 Roma tomato, diced or 1/3 cup chopped canned tomatoes
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons diced red or green peppers
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (about one lime)
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
dash hot sauce (optional)
Cooking Instructions
1. Place tomatoes, onions, jalapeņo, peppers, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and hot sauce.

2. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
