I used olive oil, and reconstituted nonfat dry milk to cut down on the fat. I would also reccommend using "lean" meat for this one.

You could use 1 tsp. olive oil, or just olive oil spray, to cut down the fat a little more.

This recipe was way too many calories, and I definitely would not recommend it if you are trying to lose weight. Pasta is very high in calories and hard to get an accurate serving of, so it's easy to "overdose".
