I loved the roasted pork, but I thought the sauce had way too much lime in it. It overpowered everything. I will make it again, but next time I will adjust the amount of lime in the sauce.

We entertained guests recently with this dish as the main course and the results were exceptional. Thank you for the recipe, our guests will come again.
