Quick and easy. Great to take as a snack in your lunch, or served on the side of a salad. The plantains have so much flavour, just eat them plain with a little salt and pepper. Yum.
I had bake fried Plantains at a friend's house and made this recipe before finding it here on FoodFit. They told me to boil the plaintains first so they will be soft enough to smash flat on the baking sheet. I did not have olive oil spray so I drizzled olive oil on the sheet.... too much oil! Be sure to use the spray! I want to try it again and again until I get it right! Plantains are very tasty served with fresh guacomole!
