If one can understand the directions the meal is great. 1st: ingredients are chcken thighs. 2nd: add drumsticks & thighs and then add breasts. Where is all this extra chicken in ingredients? 4th: adjust heat to high and simmer? Later : heat to medium high until it is simmering? I only used thighs as originally stated and then had to decide between simmering and high heat.
