I've done this maybe 15 times already since February! I like to add baby corn and snow peas sometimes, to make it a bit different. I've fed lots of friends with this recipe and it has always been a hit!
SINCE I AM A WEIGHT WATCHER, I WOULD USE A T-FAL PAN AND SPRAY OIL TO ELIMINATE THE 200 CALORIES FOR THE OIL (EVERY OUNCE COUNTS). THE REST IS GREAT.!
I liked this recipe very much except it was too hot. I like hot but the heat was from the paprika and that's a different kind of hot. When I make it again I will us 1/2 the red pepper flakes and paprika.
Incredible! Our New Year's Eve guests raved about this dish. It is SO easy to do, too. We have at least one Joyce Goldstein cookbook, and enjoy it a lot, so we knew this would be wonderful. The mushroom or squid substitutions would also be very tasty.
