large bowl means how many ounces? this is too vague. I am trying to convert for hospital setting

This recipe is a keeper, absolutely delicious. Instead of parsnips, I used yellow squash, plus for the chicken broth, I used 6 cups regular chicken broth, and 6 cups of low sodium chicken broth.

This soup was delicious-- I used kale rather than parsnips, and dried thyme and rosemary rather than parsley, as well as organic (and free range) chicken broth. A new favorite for my recipe box!

very easy to make.....I cooked chicken 30 minutes in pressure cooker till meat fall off bone. Very good
