This was so yummy! I made it for my siter and her husband- we all loved it! I hate peeling and de-veining shrimp- but it was worth it and the rest of the recipe was very quick and easy.
Not totally understanding the ingredients: 1/3 cup fish sauce cup fish sauce (nuoc mam) Do you add one cup of the second fish sauce or ???? Don't want to make recipe till I'm sure as never used fish sauce before. Also is one fish sauce better than another brand? Thanks
Delicious Thai flavor. Keeps quite well with sauce stored separately - would be great to bring to picnics or potlucks.
