I love this recipe! Really quick to make and really good tasting, too! If you put it in snack bags, you can just grab one and go when you're in a hurry and need a good, healthy snack.

This is an excellent "on the run" snack. I make it for myself and my kids. It's great because you can really add what you like to it.

I substituted tiny carob chips once for the m&m candies and another time I used the yogurt chips in vanilla, (they are both small like mini chocolate chips) The yogurt mini chips work are better for you than the straight candy, (and many like them better than m&m's!) Yuppie markets such as Trader Joes have some good granola, light & mildly chewy is the best for this recipe according to my family & finally, this works great with many activities calling for snacks at bad times or expensive times, like the movies, sport's games and the like! Indv wrapped in small sandwitch baggie with a tiny bit of curling ribbon to match team colors is super for after game snacks for the soccer kids (a team mom thing)
