  • I would definatly add more cheese and bake it for less time. Mine turned out browned and dry. I will try again adding my own ingredients.

  • Make with whole wheat pasta, double up on the cheese, and add diced Roma tomatoes (2) for added flavor and nutrition. Also, a dash of crushed red pepper flakes kicks it up a notch!Italian seasoned breadcrumbs should be used (instead of plain), and watch baking time carefully, as dish does tend to brown and dry out.

  • I'd make this recipe again, but add more cheese. It turned out a little dry from the oven.
