Makes excellent dough. However, I find that the pizza is better if you use a stone, and that polenta (or semolina) is vital to prevent the pizza from sticking - just flour will not do. And of course you prepare on a skin (any smooth heat proof sheet - for example a baking sheet) so that you can slide it onto the stone in the oven.

I love this recipe!! It taste great and is real easy to make. I have been looking for a pizza crust recipe for awhile. I finally found one.

This crust rocked! My girlfriend and I made pizza last night and the crust was crispy and flavorful, just how I like it. I used corn meal, but I think semolina would be even better.
