If you use Tilapia instead of salmon and curry powder instead of paste and add cayenne pepper to the broth, this turns out very very well. The cilantro is the perfect finishing touch. This is a very tasty dish and I don't usually cook thai food.

This looked and smelled delicious, but the curry paste made it so incredibly spicey that I couln't taste a thing. It made my nose run, and by the time I finished it, I couldn't feel my lips. It also takes a long time to prepare. Next time I will go VERY easy on the curry paste!
