  • This recipe was great. I have one just about every morning for breakfast. I make it the night before so I can just grab and go in the morning. It is healthy and tastes good too. By the way I get my soy protein powder at Wal-mart near the pharmacy.

  • i used lots of ice put in skim milk instead of yogurt. because thats what i had. I also added 2 packets of sugar substitute. My friend had all her teeth pulled and this is what she lived on until she could eat again. She loved it and it helped her.

  • Good recipe. I put a little silken tofu in it. I wasn't able to find soy powder. The kids don't even realize that it is in there.
