For much less effort, fewer calories and more food value...combine 1\2 cup nonfat yogurt, 1 TB chocolate Quick, 1\2 banana and 1\2 cup berries.
This is a good solid pudding recipe, delicious. I did substitute about 2 tsp. molasses and 1/c C. Splenda for the first sugar. Then, substituted 1/4 C. butter, 1/2 C. chocolate powder and 1/4 C. regular sugar for the chips. Very tasty and fewer carbs and calories.
