Easy and delicious! I served it with pineapple tidbits.

This is delicious. A little high on sodium from all the soy sauce, but it really gives flavor to the chicken. If you want to cut the fat content more, it still tastes great if you substitute more soy sauce for some of the oil. I baked the chicken (since we don't have a grill) and it worked well. This is really good on a sandwich with some dijon mustard and good lettuce.

The keeper for this recipe is the marinade. I was going to make it with chicken but didn't have the ginger (while in the process of making the marinade) so I stir fried some onions and zuchinni in light soy sauce and then coated the stir fry in a m,ixing bowl with the marinade. It was really good! Wife liked it too and suggested using it over steamed green beans.

Very Yummy! I marinated it overnight and the flavor was exceptional. This one is a keeper.

I am definitely making this again over the summer. My kids loved it, and so did my husband.

Tasty, but not great. Next time I'll marinate it longer for more flavor. Or if I use a real grill instead of a George Foreman, I would baste it during grilling. I would make this again.
