This was quick, easy, and tasty. Of course I added more sweet peppers and used "spray butter" instead of the olive oil. I know y'need some fats to keep your coat shiney, but I prefer to use my ration of olive oil with garlic on pasta.

I enjoyed the recipe, I didn't use the broiler though - my oven's broiler isn't big enough to fit the pan, so I just cooked it like an omelet, the eggs were a little runny from cooking it that way but it still tasted good.
