I liked this recipe. It's nice to have a little treat now and then. However, there is waay to much fat in here for me! I didn't use the butter, I used wheat flour, egg beaters, apple butter for sweet.. with no fat and 25 calories per serving.. it's great! I sometimes put cut up apricots in there instead of cranberries. They are yummy and less calories than cranbs.!!
