    Extremely tasty! For the glaze, I didn't have any ginger around, so I added a little curry powder instead. It turned out really good! I had this with baked sweet potatoes. Drizzle the leftover glaze over the sweet potatoes and it's amazing!

    Lick the plate good!!! Would be fabulous on a salad with some fruit as well. Could use the glaze as a dressing. Even my picky children LOVED this one!
