I love tuna and I love tortilla wraps. The combination is fantastic! I spice up the tuna salad a bit with mustard and extra spices and add thin slices of tomato and a romaine lettuce leaf in each tortilla, wrap them in cellophane and put them in the fridge. They can last up to 3 days that way, which is great for me, since I can't cook every day. Great lunch!
