I really like a lot of flavor, and this salad gave it to me; the vinaigrette was simple and very tasty. In addition to the big flavor, it had lovely texture, aroma, and visual appeal. I used Ruby grapefruit, and it looked beautiful against the dark green of the spinach. I would serve this salad to guests it's that good.
