I haven't made this recipe. I just wanted to let Amie from SC know that whenever a recipe calls for fresh herbs, and you are using dried, you'd only use 1/3 of the amount it calls for. So in this recipe, you'd only need about 1 1/2 tablespoons.
It was fast and simply to make. I did not have fresh parcley or oregano so I had to use my rack spices and the 1/4 c of oregano was a bit too much for me. Fresh parsley may be better in this. IT would be great also with a cracker topping or with some chicken. It was good and light but needs something, like a thicker topping?
