We really liked this recipe. It was our second chance for couscous and did not let us down.

had a very good taste but found it a little dry.maybe add some warm chicken broth at the very end.kids didn't know what to think.but they ate it up.

Easy, fruitfull, nutty and down right good. I'm going to try it with different typy of apples.
