Good taste. Even better when eaten with Ginger-Honey Glazed Pork Chops and drizzle the extra glaze from that recipe onto the sweet potatoes. Also good alone or with bacon bits.

This is an incredibly simple and delicious recipe that my mom made a lot in the fall and winter during my growing up years. I now cook baked sweet potatoes every fall and winter for my family. Very healthy and one of the tastiest vegetables. It's the only vegetable dish my 4 year old daughter will eat without a fuss.
