  • I used only broccoli, "smooshed" the stalks and steamed the flowerettes. I also used whole wheat spaghetti. Absolutely excellent flavors, far beyond what you would expect.

  • We really enjoyed this pasta dish. I would definitely make it again and it is very easy to make.

  • I used whole wheat pasta to kick it up a nutritional knock and add roasted red peppers,cannelini beans and minced garlic. It's definitely a family favorite

  • The family enjoyed it, but the "smooshed broccoli" was not appetizing to look at during preparation.

  • I have not made it yet, but I cant wait, because I have had this before and its awesome.
